Sewer Scoping

We now offer sewer scoping as a standalone or ancillary service!

What is sewer scoping?

A sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation and connecting to the city or HOA tap or septic tank. Sewer-scoping the line can reveal blockages, damage to the pipe system, and other problems, which are vital for homeowners and home buyers to be aware of. (description from InterNACHI)

We highly recommend getting a sewer scope before purchasing any home, no matter the age. It is beneficial for many reasons: to learn the material of your septic lines, to identify any possible damage, sewer system connections and drainage/stoppage issues.

Our inspectors are trained in performing sewer scopes with our own equipment, however we typically partner with local professional Sewer Scoping companies to handle our sewer scoping needs and our clients have been extremely happy with their service.
